Nike Air More Uptempo (Black/White).

I could be wrong. In my life, I’ve seen a lot of dope sneakers. From the ‘Red October’ Yeezy to the Nike Air Footscape Woven jawns with the rainbow lace. Shoes come in all shapes and sizes of course, different designers have different styles. But this shit right here dude, names of brands are spelled out all the time on sneakers, but always very subtly. It’s never the main highlight of the sneaker. Not with this one though, the Uptempo is bold and a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Thank you for your hard work Mr. Wilson. You gave me my childhood hooping sneaker. While other kids wanted Air Jordan’s I wanted the Air Uptempo. Preferably in the Olympic colorway, I didn’t know the black colorway existed until I got a little older. But anyway, Wilson Smith has not only donned this masterpiece but has also worked on all of Nike’s cross-training and tennis footwear. He also was able to design the coveted Air Jordan 16 and 17’s.

With Wilson being at Nike for over 30+ years now, it’s safe to say he’s an OG. And that’s exactly how I like my sneakers. Don’t touch ’em either!

Here’s to more wins and less sin.
